Abstract[English]
The present invention is related to a method for providing a dried cementitious material (3) comprising: providing a cementitious material (1) with a first water content in a predetermined form and thereafter drying the cementitious material (1) by arranging the cementitious material (1) in a press unit (10) in between a first contact element (11) and a second contact element (12), wherein the cementitious material is subjected to defined pressure conditions and defined thermal conditions for a predetermined time to expel water in liquid form from the cementitious material (1) to provide the dried cementitious material (3) with a second water content. A press unit is also claimed, comprising a first contact element (11) and a second contact element (12) at an adjustable distance and which can be heated, for providing a dried cementitious material (3), especially in the production of a building panel.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fourniture d'un matériau cimentaire séché (3) consistant à : fournir un matériau cimentaire (1) avec une première teneur en eau sous une forme prédéterminée et sécher ensuite le matériau cimentaire (1) par agencement du matériau cimentaire (1) dans une unité de presse (10) entre un premier élément de contact (11) et un second élément de contact (12), le matériau cimentaire étant soumis à des conditions de pression définies et à des conditions thermiques définies pendant un temps prédéterminé pour expulser l'eau sous forme liquide du matériau cimentaire (1) afin de fournir le matériau cimentaire séché (3) avec une seconde teneur en eau. Une unité de presse est également revendiquée, comprenant un premier élément de contact (11) et un second élément de contact (12) à une distance réglable et qui peuvent être chauffés, pour fournir un matériau cimentaire séché (3), en particulier dans la production d'un panneau de construction.
