A subassembly (10) of a medicament delivery device (1), the subassembly comprising: a housing (20); a plunger rod (40), a support structure (70) connected to the housing and arranged radially outside the plunger rod, said support structure having a distal abutment surface portion (72, 73), said support structure further being configured to deflect between a radial inner position, in which proximal displacement of the plunger rod is restricted, and a radial outer position for allowing proximal displacement of the plunger rod; a sleeve portion (30) arranged to distally displace from an initial biased proximal position to a distal position; wherein said sleeve portion and said support structure having interacting contact surfaces (35, 75) extending in the radial direction, said contact surface of the sleeve portion facing in the distal direction, while said contact surface of the support structure facing in a proximal direction.[French]
