The present invention relates to the use of IL-8 as a biomarker of clinical response to a compound of formula (I), (I). It refers to a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutical composition thereof for use in a method of treatment of a disorder susceptible to treatment with a PDE4 inhibitor, wherein the method comprises the step of measuring the value of IL-8 in the blood of a subject and to a method to identify a subject to be treated with a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutical composition.[French]
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de l'IL-8 comme biomarqueur de réponse clinique à un composé de formule (I), (I).
