Abstract[English]
A low-cost multi-spectral optical system for inspecting the spectral performance of photovoltaic solar cells (10) in the field, and/or during the production phase. It comprises a modulated laser sources (14), used for inducing a similar photocurrent in the inspected cell (10) as a precise metric of the efficiency. It comprises also a receiving module (20) connected in series to the cell. It provides simplicity, reliability, ease of use, fast response, and high-precision diagnosis of solar cells troubleshooting with/without load engagement, at full-sun illumination and/or full-darkness, which fulfills the requirements of industrial quality control and/or large sites preventive maintenance.[French]
L'invention concerne un système optique multispectral à faible coût pour inspecter la performance spectrale de cellules solaires photovoltaïques (10) sur le terrain, et/ou pendant la phase de production. Il comprend des sources laser modulées (14), utilisées pour induire un photocourant similaire dans la cellule inspectée (10) en tant que mesure précise de l'efficacité. Il comprend également un module de réception (20) connecté en série à la cellule. Il offre une simplicité, une fiabilité, une facilité d'utilisation, une réponse rapide et un diagnostic de dépannage des cellules solaires de haute précision avec/sans couplage de charge, en illumination solaire totale et/ou en obscurité complète, ce qui répond aux exigences de contrôle de qualité industrielle et/ou de maintenance préventive de grands sites.
