Abstract[English]
The present invention discloses a comprehensive innovative quantization system for estimating, measuring, comparing and/or arranging the health value, nutritional benefit and healthy attributes of each (food, beverage, supplements, food products, medical and/or cosmetic preparations). The quantization system determines the health benefits of food and dietary items by estimating, measuring, comparing and determining its total antioxidant content and activity (TAC). The system relates also to a disease prevention/treatment scoring and rating system of foods, dietary items, health products) according to pyramid of evidence-based medicine.[French]
La présente invention divulgue un système de quantification innovant complet pour estimer, mesurer, comparer et/ou agencer la valeur en matière de santé, l'avantage nutritionnel et les attributs sains de chaque (aliment, boisson, suppléments alimentaires, produits alimentaires, préparations médicales et/ou cosmétiques). Le système de quantification détermine les avantages pour la santé des aliments et des articles alimentaires par estimation, mesure, comparaison et détermination de son contenu antioxydant total et de son activité (TAC).
