Abstract[English]
An industrial adaptive swirl burner, equipped with a number of multi-chamber fuel injectors (14), having an aerodynamic blade-like shape, arranged to intercept a lateral air flow generated from a similar number of tangential air supply slots (19), inducing a central outgoing vortex flow, with zero backpressure. The fuel injectors are fixed on a rotary base with central pilot air intake pipe and covered with a refractory plate with central outflow opening. This invention represents a high efficiency, high stability, light-weight, self-cooled, ultralow emissions, low-noise and simultaneous multi-fuel burner with adaptive variable swirl control and high turndown ratio.[French]
Brûleur à tourbillon adaptatif industriel équipé d'un certain nombre d'injecteurs de combustible à chambres multiples (14), ayant une forme de type pale aérodynamique, agencés pour intercepter un flux d'air latéral généré à partir d'un nombre similaire de fentes d'alimentation en air tangentielles (19), induisant un flux vortex sortant central, avec une contre-pression nulle. Les injecteurs de combustible sont fixés sur une base rotative avec un tuyau d'admission d'air pilote central et recouverts d'une plaque réfractaire avec une ouverture d'afflux centrale. La présente invention représente un brûleur multi-combustible à rendement élevé, à stabilité élevée, de poids léger, à auto refroidissement, à émissions ultra faibles, de faible bruit et simultané avec une commande de tourbillon variable adaptative et un rapport de ralentissement élevé.
