Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a kit comprising an AM-PM antiseptic mouthwash that is absorbed sublingually, comprises natural and biocompatible ingredients, is multivitamin, regulates circadian rhythm and is safe for sensitive groups. The use of the kit improved sleep in a sample of 25 patients. A total improvement in sleep quality was achieved, on a qualitative scale based on patient criteria, ranging from improved to excellent, in the following proportion: Improvement in sleep quality Sample percentage Improved 16% Good 40% Very good 32% Excellent 12%.[Spanish]
Un kit de enjuague bucal Antiséptico AM-PM que se absorbe sublingualmente que comprende ingredientes naturales y biocompatibles. Multivitamínico, Regulador del Ciclo Circadiano y Seguro para Grupos Sensibles. La mejoría del sueño obtenida con la aplicación del kit a una muestra de 25 pacientes, se obtuvo una total mejoría de la calidad del sueño en un rango cualitativo por criterios del paciente entre mejorada a excelente en la siguiente proporción: Mejoría de la calidad del sueño Por ciento de la muestra Mejorada 16% Bien 40% Muy Bien 32% Excelente 12%.[French]
L'invention concerne un kit bain de bouche antiseptique AM/PM à absorber par voie sublinguale qui contient des ingrédients naturels et biocompatibles, multivitaminé, régulateur du cycle circadien et sans risque pour les groupes sensibles. L’amélioration du sommeil obtenue grâce à l’application du kit chez un échantillon de 25 patients/patientes permet d'obtenir une amélioration totale de la qualité du sommeil dans une fourchette qualitative, d'après des critères du ou de la patiente, allant de améliorée à excellente selon la proportion suivante : Amélioration de la qualité du sommeil Pourcentage de l'échantillon Améliorée 16 % Bonne 40 % Très bonne 32 % Excellente 12 %.
