Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method for switching operations of a high power inverter circuit, with a plurality of parallel inverter legs, each leg comprises at least two semiconductor power switch devices, the method comprises, calculating a setpoint current (I) for the individual parallel inverter leg, based on a power (P, Q) setpoints and the number of parallel inverter legs wherein the parallel inverter legs share the current, measuring by means of a low bandwidth current sensor an output current of the individual parallel inverter leg, comparing the setpoint current (I) and the measured current, to obtain a current error, feeding the current error into a PI controller, which is outputting a voltage change (∆V_(i)), feeding the voltage change to a gate driver unit, which outputs individual gate-source voltage to the at least two power switch devices, thereby continuously adjusting the output current in the individual parallel inverter leg in a closed loop control.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour des opérations de commutation d'un circuit onduleur de forte puissance, comprenant une pluralité de branches d'onduleur parallèles, chaque branche comprend au moins deux dispositifs de commutation de puissance à semiconducteur, le procédé consistant à calculer un courant de consigne (I) pour les branches d'onduleur parallèles individuelles, sur la base de puissances de consigne (P, Q) et du nombre de branches d'onduleur parallèles, les branches d'onduleur parallèles partageant le courant, mesurer, au moyen d'un capteur de courant à faible largeur de bande, un courant de sortie de la branche d'onduleur parallèle individuelle, comparer le courant de consigne (I) et le courant mesuré afin d'obtenir une erreur de courant, appliquer l'erreur de courant dans un régulateur PI, qui délivre en sortie une variation de tension (∆V_(i)), appliquer la variation de tension à une unité d'attaque de grille, qui délivre en sortie une tension grille-source individuelle aux au moins deux dispositifs de commutation de puissance, ce qui permet d'ajuster en continu le courant de sortie dans la branche d'onduleur parallèle individuelle dans une régulation en boucle fermée.
