Abstract[English]
The method of manufacturing a shear web comprises: providing a shear web mould (50) shaped to form the web panel and the web foot; arranging a plurality of layers of fibrous reinforcing material (62, 64, 70) on the mould to form a layup (52) of the web panel and the web foot; arranging a radius filler (36) in the radius region of the web foot layup, the radius filler comprising reinforcing fibres held together in a predefined cross-sectional shape by a binder; supplying infusion resin to the layup in a resin infusion process such that the resin infuses the layers of fibrous reinforcing material and such that the resin also infuses the reinforcing fibres of the radius filler; and curing the resin to form a homogenous matrix encapsulating the fibrous reinforcing material of the web panel, web foot and individual fibres of the radius filler.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une bande de cisaillement consistant à : fournir un moule de bande de cisaillement (50) façonné pour former le panneau de bande et le pied de bande ; agencer une pluralité de couches de matériau de renforcement fibreux (62, 64, 70) sur le moule pour former un drapage (52) du panneau de bande et du pied de bande ; agencer un agent de remplissage de rayon (36) dans la région de rayon du drapage de pied de bande, l'agent de remplissage de rayon comprenant des fibres de renforcement maintenues ensemble selon une forme en coupe prédéfinie par un liant ; fournir de la résine d'infusion au drapage dans un processus d'infusion de résine de sorte que la résine infuse les couches de matériau de renforcement fibreux et de sorte que la résine infuse également les fibres de renforcement de l'agent de remplissage de rayon ; et durcir la résine pour former une matrice homogène encapsulant le matériau de renforcement fibreux du panneau de bande, du pied de bande, et des fibres individuelles de l'agent de remplissage de rayon.
