Abstract[English]
A method of manufacturing a lightning protection system for a wind turbine blade, the method comprising: providing a first metal layer; and constructing a metal reinforcing part directly onto the first metal layer using an additive manufacturing technique so as to create an electrical connection between the first metal layer and the metal reinforcing part, wherein a portion of the first metal layer extends laterally beyond the metal reinforcing part.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un système de protection contre la foudre pour une pale d'éolienne, le procédé comprenant : la fourniture d'une première couche métallique ; et la construction d'une pièce de renfort métallique directement sur la première couche métallique par une technique de fabrication additive de façon à créer une connexion électrique entre la première couche métallique et la pièce de renfort métallique, une partie de la première couche métallique s'étendant latéralement au-delà de la pièce de renfort métallique.
