A urinary catheter assembly is provided. The urinary catheter assembly includes a container (20) configured for containing a urinary catheter and a lid (30) configured to close off the container (20). The lid (30) includes a tension element (36), which assists in opening the container (20) so as to allow the lid (30) to be opened by simply pushing it once in the direction of the container (20).[French]
