Abstract[English]
Disclosed is a method for providing grid-forming control of a wind turbine electrically coupled to a power grid. The method comprises a wind turbine controller, (WTC), defining a first upper limit indicating a maximum generator torque with which the wind turbine may continuously operate without risk of damaging the wind turbine, and a second upper limit being larger than the first upper limit and indicating a maximum generator torque with which the wind turbine may operate non-continuously without damaging the wind turbine. The method comprises the WTC, determining, in agreement with the second upper limit, a maximum power threshold for AC power injected into the power grid by the converter in case of a grid disturbance, and providing the maximum power threshold to a converter controller for controlling operation of the converter according to a grid forming converter, (GFC), control scheme. The method comprises the converter controller controlling the converter to inject AC power in accordance with the GFC control scheme while respecting the maximum power threshold on the injected AC power.[French]
L'invention divulgue un procédé de fourniture d'une commande de formation de réseau d'une turbine éolienne couplée électriquement à un réseau électrique. Le procédé comprend un dispositif de commande de turbine éolienne, (WTC), définissant une première limite supérieure indiquant un couple de générateur maximal avec lequel la turbine éolienne peut fonctionner en continu sans risque d'endommager la turbine éolienne, et une seconde limite supérieure étant supérieure à la première limite supérieure et indiquant un couple de générateur maximal avec lequel la turbine éolienne peut fonctionner de manière non continue sans endommager la turbine éolienne. Le procédé comprend la détermination, par le WTC, en accord avec la seconde limite supérieure, d'un seuil de puissance maximale pour une puissance alternative injectée dans le réseau électrique par le convertisseur en cas de perturbation de réseau, et la fourniture du seuil de puissance maximale à un dispositif de commande de convertisseur pour commander le fonctionnement du convertisseur selon un schéma de commande de convertisseur formant réseau (GFC). Le procédé comprend la commande, par le dispositif de commande de convertisseur, du convertisseur pour injecter une puissance alternative conformément au schéma de commande de GFC tout en respectant le seuil de puissance maximale sur la puissance alternative injectée.
