Abstract[English] An offshore wind turbine generator (1) comprising a hoisting arrangement for hoisting and/or lowering a main component (6) to/from the nacelle (4) is disclosed The hoisting arrangement comprises an up-tower crane (5) and a guiding system. The guiding system comprises an annular element (9) arranged circumferentially with respect to the tower (3), at least two abutment elements (12) mounted on the annular element (9) and arranged in abutment with the tower (3), and at least one hoisting winch connected to the annular element (9) for hoisting and/or lowering the annular element (9) along the tower (3). At least one connecting element (11) interconnects a connecting interface (8) and/or the main component (6) to the guiding system. The at least one hoisting winch is configured to be controlled in a coordinated manner with control of the up-tower crane (5), so as to cause the annular element (9) and the suspended main component (6) to be synchronously hoisted and/or lowered.[French] L'invention concerne un générateur éolien en mer (1) comprenant un agencement de levage pour hisser et/ou abaisser un composant principal (6) vers/depuis la nacelle (4), l'agencement de levage comprenant une grue à tour montante (5) et un système de guidage. Le système de guidage comprend un élément annulaire (9) disposé de façon circonférentielle par rapport à la tour (3), au moins deux éléments de butée (12) montés sur l'élément annulaire (9) et disposés en butée avec la tour (3), et au moins un treuil de levage relié à l'élément annulaire (9) pour hisser et/ou abaisser l'élément annulaire (9) le long de la tour (3).
