Abstract[English]
An ostomy appliance comprising a first adhesive with a first proximal surface for attachment of the ostomy appliance to the skin of a user; a second compound with a second proximal surface configured to abut the skin of the user; and a sensor assembly with one or more electrodes arranged distal to the first proximal surface and the second proximal surface is disclosed. The first adhesive is a pressure sensitive hydrocolloid adhesive and the second compound is an electrically conductive silicone compound; and the second compound is in contact with at least parts of the one or more electrodes. Thereby is provided an ostomy appliance facilitating a galvanic coupling between the skin and the sensor assembly.[French]
L'invention divulgue un appareil de stomie comprenant un premier adhésif ayant une première surface proximale pour la fixation de l'appareil de stomie à la peau d'un utilisateur ; un second composé ayant une seconde surface proximale configurée pour venir en contact avec la peau de l'utilisateur ; et un ensemble capteur avec une ou plusieurs électrodes agencées de manière distale par rapport à la première surface proximale et à la seconde surface proximale. Le premier adhésif est un adhésif hydrocolloïde sensible à la pression et le second composé est un composé de silicone électroconducteur ; et le second composé est en contact avec au moins des parties de la ou des électrodes. L'invention concerne ainsi un appareil de stomie facilitant un couplage galvanique entre la peau et l'ensemble capteur.
