Abstract[English]
According to an aspect of the invention there is provided a method of making a mould assembly for a wind turbine blade half shell. The method comprises providing an elongate mould plug at a first location. The mould plug has a profile corresponding to part of a profile of a wind turbine blade half shell. The method further comprises forming a mould skin section on the mould plug. The method comprises providing a frame structure on top of the mould skin section on the plug and attaching the frame structure to the mould skin section to form a sub-assembly comprising the mould skin section and the frame structure. The method further comprises removing the sub-assembly from the mould plug and transporting the sub-assembly from the first location to a blade manufacturing facility. The method further comprises arranging the sub-assembly end to end with one or more further sub-assemblies at the blade manufacturing facility to form a mould assembly for a wind turbine blade half shell having a first geometry.[French]
Un aspect de l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble moule pour une demi-coque de pale d'éolienne. Le procédé comprend la fourniture d'un bouchon de moule allongé à un premier emplacement. Le bouchon de moule a un profil correspondant à une partie d'un profil d'une demi-coque de pale d'éolienne. Le procédé comprend en outre la formation d'une section de peau de moule sur le bouchon de moule. Le procédé comprend la fourniture d'une structure de cadre sur le dessus de la section de peau de moule sur le bouchon et la fixation de la structure de cadre à la section de peau de moule pour former un sous-ensemble comprenant la section de peau de moule et la structure de cadre. Le procédé comprend en outre le retrait du sous-ensemble du bouchon de moule et le transport du sous-ensemble du premier emplacement à une installation de fabrication de pale. Le procédé comprend en outre l'agencement du sous-ensemble bout à bout avec un ou plusieurs autres sous-ensembles au niveau de l'installation de fabrication de pale pour former un ensemble moule pour une demi-coque de pale d'éolienne ayant une première géométrie.
