Disclosed is a fin (2, 2A, 2B) for a propulsion unit (4). The fin (2, 2A, 2B) extends from a proximal end (6) to a distal end (8) along a fin axis. The fin (2, 2A, 2B) comprises a profiled surface with a leading edge (10) and a trailing edge (12) and a chord extending between the leading edge (10) and the trailing edge (12), wherein the leading edge (10) has a forward sweep.[French]
