Abstract[English]
A wind turbine blade spar cap comprising a fibre-reinforced resin structure, such as a pultruded element, comprising fibre tows, wherein each of at least some of said fibre tows comprises a first group of longitudinally aligned first filaments, each of which defines a first cross section, and a second group of longitudinally aligned second filaments, each of which defines a second cross section. The first cross section is different from the second cross section. The method further relates to a method for manufacturing a wind turbine blade spar cap.[French]
L'invention concerne un capuchon de longeron de pale d'éolienne qui comprend une structure de résine renforcée par des fibres, telle qu'un élément pultrudé, comprenant des câbles de fibres ; chacun d'au moins certains desdits câbles de fibres comprend un premier groupe de premiers filaments alignés longitudinalement dont chacun d'eux définit une première section transversale, et un second groupe de seconds filaments alignés longitudinalement dont chacun d'eux définit une seconde section transversale. La première section transversale est différente de la seconde section transversale. Le procédé concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'un capuchon de longeron de pale d'éolienne.
