Sie umfasst eine Oberseite (20), auch als Bestückungsseite bezeichnet) und eine Unterseite (30), auch als Lötseite bezeichnet, wenigstens eine Durchkontaktierung (40) zum Anbringen von bedrahteten Bauteilen, eine metallisierte Hülse (50) in der wenigstens einen Durchkontaktierung (40), Leiterbahnen (70), Padbereiche (60) auf der Oberseite (80), die im Bereich der Durchkontaktierungen (40) angeordnet sind. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Padbereiche (60) in zwei oder mehr Teilbereiche unterteilt sind.[English]
