Zur Erfassung und Hinterlegung von individuellen Eigenschaften von Leistungshalbleiterschaltungen (EX) wird zunächst mindestens eine individuelle elektrischen Eigenschaft (RON) und mindestens einer individuelle Wärmeleitungseigenschaft (RT) als individuelle Eigenschaften der individuellen Leistungshalbleiterschaltungen (EX42, EX43) nach Fertigung und vor Einbau der Leistungshalbleiterschaltungen in ein Produkt (P) erfasst. Die Eigenschaften werden individuell für jedes Exemplar (EX42, EX43) der Leistungshalbleiterschaltungen (EX) in einem Speicher (M) hinterlegt. Dieser Speicher (M) ist während des Betriebs der Leistungshalbleiterschaltungen für eine Steuerung (C) der jeweiligen Leistungshalbleiterschaltung abrufbar. Ferner wird eine entsprechende Steuervorrichtung und ein Produkt beschrieben, die bzw. das die so vorgesehenen individuellen Eigenschaften nutzt.[English]

Les propriétés sont enregistrées individuellement pour chaque exemplaire (EX42, EX43) des circuits à semi-conducteurs de puissance (EX) dans une mémoire (M).
