Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polsters vorgeschlagen. Das Verfahren weist folgende Schritte auf: • (S1) Bereitstellen eines Substrats (20) aufweisend einen vertikalen Vliesstoff, wobei das Substrat (20) im Wesentlichen nicht-expandierbar ist, • (S2) Platzieren des Substrats (20) in ein temperierbares Formwerkzeug (10), • (S3) Verformen des Substrats (20) mit dem temperierbaren Formwerkzeug (10), und • (S4) Durchströmen des temperierbaren Formwerkzeugs (10) mit einem heißen Gas und/oder einem kühlen Gas. Durch das Durchströmen des temperierbaren Formwerkzeugs (10) wird das Substrat (20) mit dem heißen Gas und/oder dem kühlen Gas beaufschlagt.[English]
A method for producing a cushion is proposed. The method comprises the following steps: • (S1) providing a substrate (20) comprising a vertical nonwoven fabric, wherein the substrate (20) is substantially non-expandable, • (S2) placing the substrate (20) into a temperature-controllable mold (10), • (S3) deforming the substrate (20) with the temperature-controllable mold (10), and • (S4) feeding a flow of hot gas and/or cool gas through the temperature-controllable mold (10). By feeding the gas flow through the temperature-controllable mold (10), the substrate (20) is brought into contact with the hot gas and/or the cool gas.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un coussin. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : • (S1) fourniture d'un substrat (20) comprenant un tissu non tissé vertical, le substrat (20) étant sensiblement non expansible, • (S2) placement du substrat (20) dans un moule à température réglable (10), • (S3) déformation du substrat (20) avec le moule à température réglable (10), et • (S4) introduction d'un flux de gaz chaud et/ou de gaz froid à travers le moule à température réglable (10). En introduisant le flux de gaz à travers le moule à température réglable (10), le substrat (20) est mis en contact avec le gaz chaud et/ou le gaz froid.
