Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zellgehäuses (1) für ein Batteriegehäuse einer Fahrzeugbatterie oder einer stationären Batterie aufweisend: - Zuführen eines Zwischenprodukts mit einer ersten Wandstärke zu einer Erstelleinrichtung für das Erstellen einer Sollbrucheinrichtung (2) zur kontrollierten Zerstörung eines Zellgehäuses (1), - Fertigen einer Sollbrucheinrichtung (2) in einer Seitenwand (3) des zugeführten Zwischenprodukts mittels eines subtraktiven Fertigungsverfahrens und/oder mittels eines Umformverfahrens, - wobei beim Fertigen der Sollbrucheinrichtung (2) die erste Wandstärke des Zwischenprodukts auf eine zweite und auf eine dritte und/oder auf eine vierte und/oder auf eine fünfte Wandstärke reduziert wird. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Zellgehäuse (1) für ein Batteriegehäuse eines Kraftfahrzeuges.[English]

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un boîtier de cellule (1) pour un logement de batterie d'une batterie de véhicule ou d'une batterie fixe, ledit procédé consistant à : - fournir un produit intermédiaire ayant une première épaisseur de paroi à un dispositif de fabrication pour fabriquer une structure de rupture prédéterminée (2) pour la destruction contrôlée d'un boîtier de cellule (1), - fabriquer une structure de rupture prédéterminée (2) dans une paroi latérale (3) du produit intermédiaire fourni au moyen d'un procédé de fabrication soustractive et/ou au moyen d'un procédé de formation, - pendant la fabrication de la structure de rupture prédéterminée (2), la première épaisseur de paroi du produit intermédiaire étant réduite à une deuxième et à une troisième et/ou à une quatrième et/ou à une cinquième épaisseur de paroi. L'invention concerne également un boîtier de cellule (1) pour un logement de batterie d'un véhicule à moteur.
