Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektronische Baugruppe (10) mit einem Gehäuse (3) und einer Leiterplatte (1), die einen wärmeerzeugenden elektrischen Verbraucher (2) aufweist, wobei im Bereich des elektrischen Verbrauchers (2) ein aus dem Gehäuse (3) in Richtung des Verbrauchers (2) hervorstehender Kühlabschnitt (4) ausgebildet ist, an welchem zumindest abschnittsweise ein Gap-Filler-Material (5) anliegt, so dass Wärme vom elektrischen Verbraucher (2) auf das Gehäuse (3) ableitbar und eine direkte elektrische Isolation zwischen dem Leistungs-IC (2) und dem Gehäuse (3) ausgebildet ist.[English]
