Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (10) und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines pharmazeutischen Erzeugnisses zur unmittelbaren Ausgabe an einen Patienten. Die Vorrichtung weist mehrere Behälter (24) zur Aufnahme jeweils eines pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffs auf, wobei die pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffe sich voneinander unterscheiden; sowie mindestens eine Dosiervorrichtung (25) zum Bereitstellen einer bestimmten Menge mindestens eines der pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffe aus mindestens einem der Behälter (24); mindestens eine Verarbeitungsvorrichtung (28) zur Formgebung des pharmazeutischen Erzeugnisses aus der von der mindestens einen Dosiervorrichtung (24) bereitgestellten bestimmten Menge des mindestens einem pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffs; eine mit der Dosiervorrichtung (25) und der Verarbeitungsvorrichtung (28) verbundene Steuerungseinheit zur Steuerung der Herstellung des pharmazeutischen Erzeugnisses; ein mit der Steuerungseinheit verbundenes Bedienfeld (14) zum Anfordern einer Ausgabe des pharmazeutischen Erzeugnisses durch den Patienten; eine Ausgabeeinheit (16) zum Ausgeben des pharmazeutischen Erzeugnisses. Durch die Vorrichtung (10) können personalisierte Medikamente bzw. pharmazeutische Erzeugnisse zu jeder Zeit hergestellt und unmittelbar an einen Patientenherausgegeben werden.[English]
The invention relates to a device (10) and a method for producing a pharmaceutical product for direct dispensing to a patient. The device has a plurality of containers (24) for receiving in each case one pharmaceutical active ingredient, wherein the pharmaceutical active ingredients differ from one another; and at least one dosing device (25) for providing a specific amount of at least one of the pharmaceutical active ingredients from at least one of the containers (24); at least one processing device (28) for shaping the pharmaceutical product from the determined amount of the at least one pharmaceutical active ingredient provided by the at least one dosing device (24); a control unit connected to the dosing device (25) and the processing device (28) for controlling the production of the pharmaceutical product; a control panel (14) connected to the control unit for requesting a dispensing of the pharmaceutical product by the patient; and a dispensing unit (16) for dispensing the pharmaceutical product. Le dispositif comprend plusieurs contenants (24) destinés à recevoir respectivement un principe actif pharmaceutique, les principes actifs pharmaceutiques étant différents les uns des autres ; ainsi qu'au moins un dispositif de dosage (25) destiné à fournir une quantité définie d'au moins un des principes actifs pharmaceutiques à partir d'au moins un des contenants (24) ; au moins un dispositif de traitement (28) destiné à façonner le produit pharmaceutique à partir de la quantité définie d'au moins un principe actif pharmaceutique fournie par le ou les dispositifs de dosage (24) ; une unité de commande reliée au dispositif de dosage (25) et au dispositif de traitement (28) pour commander la fabrication du produit pharmaceutique ; un panneau de commande (14) relié à l'unité de commande permettant au patient de demander une distribution du produit pharmaceutique par le patient ; une unité de distribution (16) pour distribuer le produit pharmaceutique. Le dispositif (10) permet de fabriquer des médicaments ou des produits pharmaceutiques personnalisés à tout moment et de les délivrer directement à un patient.
