Die Erfindung betrifft ein Powermodul (1) mit einer Kühlstruktur (3) zum Anbringen auf einer Oberfläche eines Gehäuses (2), wobei eine Dichtung (5) zur Zwischenlage zwischen dem Powermodul (1) und dem Gehäuse (2) vorgesehen ist, die wiederum zum Verhindern eines ungewollten Kühlmittelstroms (4) vorgesehen ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ebenfalls einen Wechselrichter mit einem Powermodul (1), dass unter Zwischenlage der Membran (6) der Dichtung (5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche auf der Oberfläche eines Gehäuses (2) befestigt ist.[English]
