Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochvoltkomponente (1) für ein Hochvoltbordnetz eines Kraftfahrzeugs aufweisend: - eine elektronische Schaltung (2), - ein Gehäuse (4), in welchem die elektronische Schaltung (2) angeordnet ist, - mit der elektronischen Schaltung (2) verbundene Hochvoltanschlüsse (6a, 6b) zum Verbinden mit einer hochvoltkomponentenexternen Einrichtung, und, - zumindest eine in dem Gehäuse (4) angeordnete, passive Isolationsfehlererzeugungseinrichtung (10) zur bewussten Erzeugung eines Isolationsfehlers zwischen einem der Hochvoltanschlüsse (6a) und einem weiteren Anschluss (A) im Falle einer unfallbedingten Krafteinwirkung (8) auf die Hochvoltkomponente (1), mit einem ersten Kontaktelement (12), welches mit dem Hochvoltanschluss (6a) elektrisch verbunden ist, einem zweiten Kontaktelement (13), welches mit dem weiteren Anschluss (A) elektrisch verbunden oder verbindbar ist und welches zumindest bereichsweise in einem Kraftaufnahmebereich (7) des Gehäuses (4) angeordnet ist, und einer zwischen dem ersten Kontaktelement (12) und dem zweiten Kontaktelement (13) angeordnete Isolationsbarriere (14), wobei das zweite Kontaktelement (13) dazu ausgelegt ist, die unfallbedingte Krafteinwirkung (8) auf den Kraftaufnahmebereich (7) aufzunehmen, die Isolationsbarriere (14) zu überbrücken und das zumindest eine erste Kontaktelement (12) zur Erzeugung des Isolationsfehlers zumindest zeitweise zu kontaktieren.[English]
The invention relates to a high-voltage component (1) for a high-voltage on-board electrical system of a motor vehicle, the high-voltage component comprising: - an electronic circuit (2), - a housing (4) in which the electronic circuit (2) is arranged, - high-voltage terminals (6a, 6b) connected to the electronic circuit (2) for connection to a device external to the high-voltage component, and - at least one passive insulation fault generation device (10) arranged in the housing (4) for deliberately generating an insulation fault between one of the high-voltage terminals (6a) and a further terminal (A) in the event of an accident-induced application of force (8) to the high-voltage component (1), the insulation fault generation device comprising: a first contact element (12) which is electrically connected to the high-voltage terminal (6a); a second contact element (13) which is electrically connected or connectable to the further terminal (A) and which is arranged at least partially in a force-absorption region (7) of the housing (4); and an insulation barrier (14) which is arranged between the first contact element (12) and the second contact element (13), wherein the second contact element (13) is designed to absorb the accident-induced application of force (8) on the force-absorption region (7), to bridge the insulation barrier (14), and to at least temporarily contact the at least one first contact element (12) in order to generate the insulation fault.[French]
L'invention concerne un composant haute tension (1) pour un système électrique haute tension embarqué d'un véhicule automobile, le composant haute tension comprenant : - un circuit électronique (2), - un boîtier (4) dans lequel est agencé le circuit électronique (2), - des bornes haute tension (6a, 6b) connectées au circuit électronique (2) pour la connexion à un dispositif externe au composant haute tension, et - au moins un dispositif passif de génération de défaut d'isolation (10) agencé dans le boîtier (4) pour générer volontairement un défaut d'isolation entre l'une des bornes haute tension (6a) et une autre borne (A) en cas d'application d'une force (8) induite par accident au composant haute tension (1), le dispositif de génération de défaut d'isolation comprenant : un premier élément de contact (12) connecté électriquement à la borne haute tension (6a) ; un second élément de contact (13) qui est ou peut être électriquement connecté à l'autre borne (A) et qui est agencé au moins partiellement dans une région d'absorption de force (7) du boîtier (4) ; et une barrière d'isolation (14) qui est agencée entre le premier élément de contact (12) et le second élément de contact (13), le second élément de contact (13) étant conçu pour absorber l'application de force induite par accident (8) sur la région d'absorption de force (7), pour ponter la barrière d'isolation (14), et pour entrer au moins temporairement en contact avec le ou les premiers éléments de contact (12) afin de générer le défaut d'isolation.
