Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum zumindest teilumfänglichen Herstellen eines Äktivteils (1) für eine elektrische Maschine eines Kraftfahrzeugs, mit den Schritten: - Bereitstellen eines Äktivteilkörpers (2) zum Halten von Äktivteilwicklungen (10) des Äktivteils (1) und zum Leiten eines magnetischen Flusses der Äktivteilwicklungen (10), wobei der Äktivteilkörper (2) mehrere Nuten (7) aufweist, - Einbringen von Wicklungsleitern (11) in die Nuten (7) zum Herstellen der Äktivteilwicklungen (10), - Einbringen von expandierbaren und/oder elastisch verformbaren Komponenten (14) in Freiräume (13) zwischen nutinternen Wicklungsabschnitten (12) der Äktivteilwicklungen (10) und Zugangsöffnungen (9) der Nuten (7), - Expandieren der Komponenten und/oder Aushärten der Komponenten (14) mittels eines aktivierbaren, in die Komponenten (14) eingebrachten Materials zu die Freiräume (13) ausfüllenden, eine Kontur (16) des jeweiligen Freiraums (13) abbildenden Stützelementen (15) zum Äbstützen der Wicklungsleiter (11) durch Äusbilden einer formschlüssigen Verbindung mit den nutinternen Wicklungsabschnitten (12).[English]
The invention relates to a method for producing at least part of the periphery of an active part (1) for an electric machine of a motor vehicle, said method having the steps of: - providing an active-part body (2) for holding active-part windings (10) of the active part (1) and for conducting a magnetic flux of the active-part windings (10), wherein the active-part body (2) has a plurality of slots (7); - introducing winding conductors (11) into the slots (7) in order to produce the active-part windings (10); - introducing expandable and/or elastically deformable components (14) into free spaces (13) between in-slot winding portions (12) of the active-part windings (10) and access openings (9) of the slots (7); and - expanding the components and/or curing the components (14) by means of an activatable material which is introduced into the components (14) to form supporting elements (15), which fill the free spaces (13) and replicate a contour (16) of the associated free space (13), for the purpose of supporting the winding conductors (11) by establishing a form-fitting connection with the in-slot winding portions (12).[French]
