The invention relates to a steering damper, comprising a housing and a piston rod which is mounted in the housing so as to be movable along a longitudinal axis, wherein the steering damper has a damper unit and at least one spring unit, wherein the damper unit is designed to damp the movement of the piston rod, and wherein the at least one spring unit is designed to generate a restoring force which is directed counter to at least one direction of movement of the piston rod.[French]
