Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Befestigen eines Drahts (10) an einem Anschlusselement (12), bei welchem der kaltverfestigte Draht (10) aus einer Kupferlegierung mit mindestens 70 % Kupfer, insbesondere mit mindestens 75 % Kupfer, mit dem Anschlusselement (12) unter Wärmeeintrag stoffschlüssig gefügt wird (V2), wobei eine Bruchdehnung des Drahts (10) nach dem Kaltverfestigen und vor dem Fügen auf einen Wert eingestellt wird (V1), welcher größer oder gleich einer vorgegebenen Mindestbruchdehnung ist.[English]
The invention relates to a method for fastening a wire (10) to a connection element (12), in which method the strain-hardened wire (10) produced from a copper alloy containing at least 70% copper, in particular at least 75% copper, is integrally joined (V2) to the connection element (12) by applying heat, wherein an elongation at break of the wire (10) after strain hardening and before joining is set to a value (V1) which is greater than or equal to a predefined minimum elongation at break.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fixer un fil (10) à un élément de raccordement (12), selon lequel le fil (10) écroui, à base d’un alliage de cuivre comportant au moins 70 % de cuivre, en particulier au moins 75 % de cuivre, est assemblé (V2) à l'élément de raccordement (12) par liaison de matière sous apport de chaleur, un allongement à la rupture du fil (10) après l’écrouissage et avant l'assemblage étant ajusté (V1) à une valeur qui est supérieure ou égale à un allongement à la rupture minimal prédéfini.
