Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fahrzeugluftreifen mit zwei in Wulstbereichen (8) endenden Seitenwänden (5), wobei die Wulstbereiche (8) mit Wulstkernen (3), einer um die Wulstkerne verlaufenden Karkasseinlage (4) und einem Felgengummi (7) ausgebildet sind, welcher die äußere Oberfläche des Wulstbereiches (8) bildet und in Gebrauchslage des Fahrzeugluftreifens auf einer Felge (1) zumindest bereichsweise zwischen der Felge (1) und den Wulstkernen (3) angeordnet ist, wobei der Felgengummi (7) einteilig aus einer Gummimischung mit einem Verlustfaktor (tan δ) bei 20°C nach DIN 53512 zwischen 0,02 und 0,2 und einer Shore-Härte im Bereich von 65 Sh-A bis 80 Sh-A, gemessen bei 20 °C mittels eines Durometers gemäß DIN ISO 7619-1 ausgebildet ist. Es wird ferner auch ein Fahrzeugrad mit einem solchen Fahrzeugluftreifen und die Verwendung eines Felgengummis angegeben.[English]
