Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Hartelastomer umfassend mindestens einen Kautschuk, mindestens einen Füllstoff, mindestens ein Harz und von 5 bis 50 phr Schwefel, wobei das Hartelastomer eine Materialhärte von mindestens 70 Shore D gemessen nach DIN EN ISO 868 aufweist. Ein derartiges Hartelastomer zeichnet sich insbesondere durch seine Materialhomogenität aus und eignet sich hervorragend zur Verwendung als bildgebende Druckform.[English]
The present invention relates to a hard elastomer comprising at least one rubber, at least one filler, at least one resin and 5 to 50 phr sulphur, wherein the hard elastomer has a material hardness of at least 70 Shore D measured in accordance with DIN EN ISO 868. A hard elastomer of this kind is characterised in particular by its material homogeneity and is extremely well suited for use as an image-providing printing forme.[French]
L’invention concerne un élastomère dur comprenant au moins un caoutchouc, au moins une charge, au moins une résine et de 5 à 50 phr de soufre, l'élastomère dur présentant une dureté de matériau d'au moins 70 Shore D mesurée selon la norme DIN EN ISO 868. Un tel élastomère dur est caractérisé notamment par l'homogénéité du matériau et convient parfaitement à l'utilisation comme plaque d'impression génératrice d'image.
