Abstract[German] Zunehmend werden vor der französischen, spanischen und portugiesischen Atlantikküste und Alborän-Meer die Ruderanlagen von Yachten durch Iberische Orcas beschädigt. Versuchte Gegenmaßnahmen sind unzureichend oder verboten. Mit der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, das Ruder (04) als zu schützendes Unterwasserelement (02) vor allem akustisch durch einen Ruderschutz (03) als Tarnelement (44) zu tarnen und dadurch vor Beschädigungen zu schützen. Dafür wird ein das Ruder (04) im Einsatzfall vollständig oder zumindest teilweise axial umgebender Vorhang (06) als Ruderschutz (03) vorgesehen, dessen Körper (08) eine deutlich andere Schallkennimpedanz (r) als Wasser aufweisen. Dieser erzeugt starke Echos des Biosonars der Orcas, die das Echosignal des Ruders (04) verschleiern (Erzeugung unscharfer Konturen zur Verwirrung) und/oder verdecken (Erzeugung von Unsichtbarkeit). Der Ruderschutz (03) kann als hängender Vorhang (07) aus Ketten (09) oder Schnüren (41) (akustische, visuelle und haptische Schutzwirkung) oder als aufsteigender Vorhang (27) (mit Blasenschleier (26), akustische und visuelle Schutzwirkung) ausgebildet sein. Le système de protection de gouvernail (03) peut être monté et activé très rapidement en cours d'utilisation ou peut également être intégré de manière permanente dans le gouvernail (04).
