Die Erfindung betrifft eine Haltevorrichtung zum Halten eines Verkleidungsteil (2) an einem Karosseriebauteil (3) für einen Kraftwagen, mit einem ersten Halteteil (5), welches einen ersten Befestigungsbereich (6) aufweist, über welchen das erste Halteteil (5) an dem Verkleidungsteil (2) zu halten ist, und mit einem zweiten Halteteil (7), welches einen zweiten Befestigungsbereich (8) aufweist, über weichen das zweite Halteteil (7) an dem Karosseriebauteil (3) zu halten ist, wobei eines der Halteteile (5, 7) wenigstens eine Äufnahmeöffnung (9) aufweist und das andere der Halteteile (5, 7) wenigstens ein zumindest bereichsweise in der Äufnahmeöffnung (9) aufnehmbares Halteelement (10) aufweist, zumindest eines der Halteteile (5, 7) relativ zu dem anderen der Halteteile (5, 7) zwischen einer Verriegelungsstellung (11) und einer Entriegelungsstellung (12) translatorisch bewegbar ist, und die Haltevorrichtung (4) wenigstens ein Stellelement (14) aufweist, mittels welchem das translatorische Bewegen zwischen der Verriegelungsstellung (11) und der Entriegelungsstellung (12) bewirkbar ist.[English]
