The present invention relates to the technical field of polymer materials, and in particular to a polyimide precursor resin, a photosensitive resin composition, a photosensitive cured film, and an application thereof. The polyimide precursor resin provided by the present invention has a cyclic crown ether structure. When the polyimide precursor resin is applied to a photosensitive resin composition to form a cured film, the cured film exhibits excellent dielectric properties, heat resistance, adhesion properties, and organic solvent solubility, and is suitable for use as a surface protective film, an interlayer insulating film or a passivation film in semiconductor devices, an insulating layer in organic electroluminescent elements, an insulating layer in thin-film transistors, and the like.[French]
La présente invention concerne le domaine technique des matériaux polymères, et en particulier une résine précurseur de polyimide, une composition de résine photosensible, un film durci photosensible et leur application. La résine précurseur de polyimide selon la présente invention présente une structure d'éther couronne cyclique.
