Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to the field of biomedicine, and in particular to an antibody that specifically recognizes MASP3 and a use thereof. The antibody has high affinity for human MASP3 and inhibitory activity against an alternative pathway. In addition, the present invention further relates to a multi-specific antibody specifically binding to MASP3 and MASP2, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising an antibody specifically binding to MASP3 and an antibody specifically binding to MASP2 and/or the multi-specific antibody. The antibody or the composition is used for preparing a drug for treating autoimmune diseases, transplant-related diseases, inflammatory diseases, hematologic diseases, coagulation diseases, angiogenesis-dependent diseases and/or viral infectious diseases.[French]
