Abstract[English]
Provided is a method for purifying an antibody from a cell culture harvest solution. By means of combining a conventional antibody purification method and octanoic acid or octanoate incubation, the method reduces the content and types of host cell proteins (HCPs), wherein a polysorbate-stabilized antibody composition is obtained by the purification method, the octanoate incubation can further reduce the aggregate content and improve the protein purity, and the process is simple and easy to operate.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de purification d'un anticorps à partir d'une solution de récolte de culture cellulaire. La combinaison d'un procédé de purification d'anticorps classique et d'une incubation d'acide octanoïque ou d'octanoate, permet au procédé de réduire la teneur et les types de protéines de cellule hôte (HCP), une composition d'anticorps stabilisée au polysorbate étant obtenue par le procédé de purification, l'incubation d'octanoate pouvant en outre réduire la teneur en agrégat et améliorer la pureté de protéine, et le procédé étant simple et facile à mettre en œuvre.[Chinese]
