Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to the technical field of semiconductors, and in particular to a boron-containing resonance-type organic compound and an organic electroluminescent device comprising same. The structure of the boron-containing resonance-type organic compound provided by the present invention is as shown in general formula (1). When used as a doping material in a light-emitting layer material of an organic electroluminescent device, the boron-containing resonance-type organic compound of the present invention can be used as a green light doping material for a light-emitting layer of the organic electroluminescent device, so that the efficiency of the organic electroluminescent device is improved, and the high-temperature service life is significantly prolonged.[French]
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique des semi-conducteurs, et concerne en particulier un composé organique de type à résonance contenant du bore et un dispositif électroluminescent organique le comprenant. La structure du composé organique de type à résonance contenant du bore selon la présente invention est représentée par la formule générale (1).
