Disclosed in the present invention are a hydrazine-structured compound, a pharmaceutical composition thereof and the use thereof. The hydrazine-structured compound of the present invention has a structure as shown in formula I. The hydrazine-structured compound as shown in formula I of the present invention has a good inhibitory effect on various mutations such as KRAS G12C, KRAS G12D, KRAS G12V and KRAS Q61H, and KRAS-amplified wild-type cells, and is expected to be used in the treatment and/or prevention of various Ras-related diseases.[French]
