An electric heating plate mounting structure. A container to be heated and an electric heating plate are mounted in a nested configuration, and items inside said container do not come into contact with the electric heating plate. A nested portion is filled with a sealing adhesive, and the electric heating plate is fixed to said container by means of the sealing adhesive and atmospheric pressure. The nested mounting specifically comprises: said container having an annular protruding fixing wall, the electric heating plate being placed inside the fixing wall, and the sealing adhesive being filled between the electric heating plate and the fixing wall; or the electric heating plate having an annular protruding fixing wall, said container being placed inside the fixing wall, and the sealing adhesive being filled between said container and the fixing wall. The nested portion extends as far as possible so as to be away from a heating region, thereby increasing a heat-receiving area of said container. A high-temperature-resistant liquid is filled between said container and the electric heating plate as a heat conduction medium. A cooking appliance comprises the electric heating plate mounting structure.[French]
