The present invention belongs to the technical field of the preparation of organic electroluminescent materials, and specifically relates to a tetradentate cyclometalated platinum (II) complex based on a 4-carbazolyl carbene structure, an electronic device and apparatus, and the use thereof. In the present invention, the steric hindrance of material molecules can be increased by introducing a 4-carbazolyl group having large steric hindrance at a carbene site, such that molecular aggregation can be avoided, and intermolecular interaction and luminescence quenching can be inhibited, which are beneficial for improving the luminescence efficiency and the color purity. The present invention has significant application prospects in the fields of OLED display and illumination.[French]
La présente invention appartient au domaine technique de la préparation de matériaux électroluminescents organiques et se rapporte, en particulier, à un complexe de platine (II) tétradentate cyclométallé basé sur une structure 4-carbazolyl carbène, à un dispositif électronique et à un appareil, ainsi qu'à son utilisation. Dans la présente invention, l'encombrement stérique de molécules de matériau peut être augmenté par l'introduction d'un groupe 4-carbazolyle présentant un encombrement stérique important au niveau d'un site de carbène, de telle sorte qu'une agrégation moléculaire puisse être évitée, et qu'une interaction intermoléculaire et une trempe par luminescence puissent être empêchées, ce qui est avantageux pour améliorer l'efficacité de luminescence et la pureté de couleur.
