Abstract[English]
A fluid environment propulsion system, using blades to reciprocate for propulsion; a closing structure is provided on a pushing surface for pushing the fluid to move; when the pushing surface pushes the fluid to move forward in one direction, the closing structure closes; and when the pushing surface returns in the other direction, the closing structure opens.[French]
Une surface qui pousse un fluide à se déplacer dans un environnement fluidique est pourvue d'une structure de fermeture.
