The present invention relates to a diazaheterocyclic derivative of a pyridoaryl group having Kappa receptor antagonistic activity. Specifically, the present invention relates to a compound represented by general formula (I), a stereoisomer thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the stereoisomer. The present invention further relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound and a preparation method therefor, a method for treating diseases related to Kappa receptor antagonistic activity, such as depression, depression with anhedonia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and other mental diseases, and a use.
