Also disclosed is a composition comprising anandamide or a derivative thereof, which can be administered before, during, or after exercises or physical activities, to improve or regulate mammals' emotions. The described method and composition can alleviate anxiety, stress, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, or bipolar disorder.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé pour améliorer ou réguler les émotions de sujets, ledit procédé consistant à : administrer à des sujets une composition contenant une quantité efficace d'anandamide ou d'un dérivé de celui-ci avant, pendant ou après des exercices ou des activités physiques.
