Abstract[English] A processing cartridge (C) and a processing cartridge assembly. The processing cartridge (C) comprises: a rotating member; a processing cartridge housing; a cartridge-side drive member (3); and a restricting member (4), arranged at a longitudinal tail end of the processing cartridge (C) and used for interacting with a device-side drive member (T) so as to receive a braking force in a direction opposite to the driving force, the restricting member (4) not driving the rotating member to rotate.
