Compositions and methods useful to reduce expression of cell death inducing dffa like effector b (CIDEB) gene and for treatment of CIDEB-associated diseases and conditions are provided. Provided are CIDEB dsRNA agents, CIDEB antisense polynucleotide agents, compositions comprising CIDEB dsRNA agents, and compositions comprising CIDEB antisense polynucleotide agents that can be used to reduce CIDEB expression in cells and subjects.[French]
