The present application discloses an outdoor power device, a parking brake structure for the outdoor power device, an outdoor power device having a mounting member, and an outdoor landscaping operation vehicle. The outdoor power device comprises: a frame; an operating platform, the operating platform comprising a first assembly used for mounting a seat and a second assembly used for supporting feet of a user, the first assembly being pivotally connected to the second assembly; and a locking assembly, configured to lock the first assembly, wherein the first assembly has a locked state and an unlocked state; when in the locked state, the first assembly is locked by the locking assembly; and when in the unlocked state, the first assembly is unlocked by the locking assembly, and the first assembly can drive the seat to pivot and can at least partially expose a region below the seat.[French]
