Abstract[English] An image segmentation method and apparatus, and a radiotherapy plan generation method and system. The image segmentation method comprises: acquiring an image to be processed of a target object; inputting into a pre-trained image segmentation model the image to be processed, and outputting a segmented image, the segmented image comprising a target region and the category of the target region, wherein the image segmentation model is obtained by using a training sample set comprising first training images carrying labels and second training images not carrying a label to pre-train a neural network model comprising an encoder, a first decoder and a second decoder; and the pre-training comprises: the first decoder performing parameter updating by means of the first training images carrying the labels and labels generated by the second decoder on the basis of the second training images not carrying a label, and the second decoder performing parameter updating by means of the first training images carrying the labels.
