Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are an optical projection system and an AR optical device. The optical projection system comprises an AR optical engine, wherein the AR optical engine comprises a polarization reflection element, a first phase retarder and a beam-splitting element which are arranged along the same optical axis, the first phase retarder being located between the polarization reflection element and the beam-splitting element; the optical projection system further comprises a first lens, which is located between the first phase retarder and the beam-splitting element; the polarization reflection element and the first phase retarder are stacked to form a laminated element, and the laminated element is arranged on the side surface of the first lens facing away from the beam-splitting element.[French]
