Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to a compound used as a SMARCA2/4 modulator. Specifically, the compound in the present disclosure on one end contains a ligand that binds to E3 ubiquitin ligase, and on the other end contains a ligand that binds to a target protein (SMARCA2/4), so that the target protein is placed near the ubiquitin ligase, so as to achieve degradation (or inhibition) of the target protein.[French]
