The present invention relates to a double-stranded RNA conjugate, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof. The double-stranded RNA conjugate comprises: a first nucleic acid molecule, a second nucleic acid molecule, and a linker; the first nucleic acid molecule is connected to the second nucleic acid molecule by means of the linker; the linker is connected to the first nucleic acid molecule and the second nucleic acid molecule by means of a phosphate ester (p) or a thiophosphate ester (s), and the linker is selected from a structure represented by formula (I).[French]
