Abstract[English] The present application discloses a method and apparatus used in a node for wireless communication mobility management. A first node sending a first measurement report in a first cell, and then sending a first signal; the first measurement report comprises at least one of channel quality of the first cell or channel quality of a second cell; the second cell is a cell external to the first node; the first signal is intended for the second cell; a transmission power value of the first signal depends on a generation manner of the first measurement report; and the generation manner of the first measurement report is either an AI-based generation manner or a non-AI-based generation manner. The present application supports the fusion of AI and communications, enhances the level of intelligence of networks, optimizes mobility management, improves signal mobility support, and increases the quality of service of a system.[French] La présente demande concerne un procédé et un appareil utilisés dans un nœud pour une gestion de la mobilité de communication sans fil.
